Logos Hope

Logos Hope used to be a car ferry sailing between Denmark and the Faroe Islands. Over the past 2 1/2 years she has been completely refitted, with new decks fitted, most of the insides ripped out and new cabins and offices installed.

Logos Hope is  12,252 tonnes and 132m long with 9 decks. That is much larger than the ship she is replacing, Logos II which is only 4800 tonnes and 110m long with 6 decks.

Logos Hope will also be much more fit for purpose as a whole new deck has been built into the old car deck to create a "visitor experience" that will include a welcome area, introduction and history of OM ships, a book shop, a large interactive area explaining our purpose of bringing Knowledge, Help and Hope, and a large cafe. Logos Hope will also have a purpose built theatre seating up to 500, another large meeting room, dining room crew lounge and the capacity to have up to 80 partners and supporters staying onboard.
